• Hours at the Lodge
Hours at the lodge are very flexible and they fit the likes and needs of each guest. However, for a better life together with the rest of the visitors, we suggest you to have breakfast between 8.00 and 10.00 am.

• Communications
The Lodge has a telephone-line at the front desk and Internet access.
Rooms do not have telephone-lines, as we want to provide you with the maximum silence and quitness possible.

The Lodge facilities have good cell-phone and satellite signal reception.

• Language
We have a bilingual staff that speaks English, as well as Spanish.

• Electricity
In our country, electric power is 220v.

• Tips
The guest will be efficently and gently treated with no need of tipping, however, if you wish to leave a tip, please tip only once by the end of your stay at the front desk, as this will be distributed among all the staff.

• Children and teenagers
Although children and teenagers stay at the Lodge is allowed, the Lodge does not have special facilities for them. Therefore we warn you that they will have to live together with the rest of the adults, which implies an adequate observance of good behaviour standards at all times. Most of our activites are prepared to be enjoyed by 12 year old children and over.

• Pets
Pet visit or stay on the island is forbidden.

• Health Care
We advise you to have a Health Care Coverage in force at the time of your journey. In the event of an emergency, the island has a Bariloche evacuation plan. Our “Baqueanos" are trained as first-aid rescue workers in wild areas. We have a first-aid kit and some basic over-the-counter medications.
