Payments
All Bookings should be prepaid before passenger’s arrival time. Together with the Booking confirmation a 50% advance payment is required and the balance should be paid 15 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations made less than 7 days prior to passenger’s arrival may imply a 50% withholding of the total amount hired. During Holy Week and New Year all cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before check-in time may lead to a 50% withholding and if less than 7 days before check-in time, 100% of the hired service value may be withheld.
Responsibilities
Hostería Nacional Isla Victoria Lodge reserves the right to apply changes to fees, programs and excursions described herein with no prior notice.
