The Hostería Nacional Isla Victoria Lodge is an exclusive product for individuals over 12 years old.
All programs include:
- Transfer In-Out from Bariloche Airport to Hotel Tunquelén, located at Llao Llao Village.
- Boat transfer to and from Victoria Island. It also includes the option Muelle Viejo, Bahía Manzano –VLA-
- Accomodation with breakfast
- Full board. 3 daily meals.
- Daily excursions with our “Baqueano” guides. Excursions may include trekking, horse riding, mountain bike or kayaking.
CONFIRMATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:
For booking confirmation you are required to prepay 50% of your stay fee. Balance should be paid 30 days before check-in at the Lodge.
Within less than 30 days terms full payment is required 48 hours after booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY for INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:
The following penalties will be implemented for cancellations:
30 to 20 days before arrival at the Lodge: U$D 100.
19 to 10 days before arrival at the Lodge: 50% of total booking value.
09 to 0 days before arrival at the Lodge: 100% of total booking value.
CANCELLATION POLICY for GROUPS*:
The following penalties will be implemented for cancellations:
60 to 30 days before arrival at the Lodge: U$D 50 per room.
29 to 15 days before arrival at the Lodge: 50% of total booking value.
14 to 0 days before arrival at the Lodge: 100% of total booking value.
* 3-room bookings or more are considered Group bookings.-
For a better service of our guests and in order to manage waiting times, we suggest you to take flights which times are close to our boat hours, depending on the corresponding season:
